Safe Work Australia’s draft Code of Practice: Preventing and Responding to Workplace Bullying has been released for public comment.
The draft code is being released with a draft Workplace Bullying – Guide for Workers.
The public comment period for the draft code and guide for workers closes on Monday 15 July 2013 at 5.00pm (AEST).
