The program for WA’s Safety and Health Conference in April is now available from the Chamber of Minerals and Energy (CME) website.
The conference will be held 14-15 April at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and the theme for this year’s event will be “Cutting Edge Safety: New Challenges, New People, New Approaches.”
Delegates at the conference will hear from leading international experts on safety and health, as well as national leaders in the resources sector on the challenges facing today’s workforce and new approaches to improving health and safety outcomes.
Plenary presentations will discuss the big issues of safety culture and leadership; workshops will canvass training, problem solving and new approaches to health and safety issues; and an expert panel will explore different perspectives on new technologies supporting safety solutions.
Limited sponsorship opportunities are still available including silver and exhibition booth packages. Exhibition booths provide the opportunity for companies to deliver a health and safety message and engage with conference delegates. Further information is available here.
