With less than a week remaining before nominations close, don’t miss out on nominating the heroes within your organisation who are making a positive difference to your health, safety and wellbeing.
Submitting a nomination is as easy as 1, 2, 3:
- Read through the 2017 Awards Nomination Guide and log in to the nomination portal
- Answer the questions relating to your chosen category and attach any supporting documentation including videos and pictures
- Click Submit
Nominations must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on Friday 30 June.
