Gloves are the Same, Only Better: SW nitrile gloves updated with EcoTek Biodegradability Technology deliver the same performance and comfort as the non-EcoTek gloves, but are rapidly biodegradable in landfills.
Rapid Biodegradability: SW nitrile gloves with EcoTek biodegradable in landfills through the action of naturally occuring microorganisms. Long term landfill biodegradation testing according to ASTM D5526-12 has reported 95.6% biodegradation of our gloves with EcoTek in only 945 days. Non-EcoTek nitrile gloves exhibited virtually no degradation (up to only 1.1%) during the same period. ASTM D5526-12 test results do not predict future biodegradation.

HAND HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES
SW’s DriTek technology is a moisture-wicking system that pulls sweat away from the skin leaving the wearer dryer, cooler and more comfortable. Not only does DriTek provide a glove that is healthier and more comfortable, it also provides a glove that is easier to don and doff. This includes glove changes with recently washed or damp hands.
This technology is built into Megaman, AloeTuff and Hydrex gloves, and is changing perceptions of what a single use glove should be.
