At 12.57 pm on 1 February 2016, a 57-year-old worker fell 2.7 m from the platform of an articulated dump
truck (dump truck) and suffered serious head injuries. The dump truck was on a low loader road transport
truck and was being prepared to be reversed off the low loader at the Sibelco Australia Limited Salt Ash
Sand Plant.
